- Vehicle title or certificate of origin. If you have a vehicle and will not be bringing it, an MV-41 VIN verification form must be completed and provided to the title agent.
- Valid drivers license or photo ID
- Proof of insurance valid in your name
- Supporting documents, such as bill of sale or gift letter if buyer and seller are not both signing in person
- Current odometer reading applicable
