Title Transfer / Registrations
Required Information:
- Original Title or Certificate of Origin
NOTE: Out of State Titles & Certificate Of Origins - Vehicle / Trailer MUST be present for VIN Verification OR a Completed MV-41 VIN Verification Form must be presented. - Current Pennsylvania Driver's License or Identification Card
- Bill of Sale or Gift Letter if both buyer & seller are not present
- Odometer Reading
- Valid Proof of Insurance ID Card
- Registration card if plate is being transferred
Notary Seals
- Valid Driver's License or Photo ID
or - Valid Passport
or - Active Military Photo ID Card
