Fortunately, I discovered Herb Auto and couldn't be happier with their service. A kind young lady assisted me with transferring both my motorcycle and car, patiently explaining each step. Her helpfulness and patience were greatly appreciated as I navigated the paperwork. A week ago, I picked up my motorcycle plates, and today I returned for my vehicle plates. • "Being in the Customer Service business as long as I’ve been - you hate to be the last minute people. On one particular day, I was that person. I had people travel pretty far to look at and buy a car… they ran late and we were pushing closing time to transfer the title… I called ahead to make sure it was ok - the woman on the other end was as pleasant as one could be being so close wrapping up the work day. When we got there, she was extremely helpful, friendly, and did not seem the least bit annoyed. Because of my experience with her, I can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10. But don’t be like me and show up at the last possible minute."
